Dear Syam,

Yes..I am not on top the world either, but many cases it is about 

1 our inventory didnt close out properly

2 hotel mistake, fully booked and can not control their inventory

2nd points is beyond our control, but Human being always make mistake,it is the nature.

We can do, to solve problem, we have choice to be frustrate about it or corporate and made it pass through with less frustration.

This period I have terrible stress and my shoulder really hurt, it came from some of my mistake some of others... well

I still smile and move on...hope I can send a good energy to you too..
